We transformed this clients master bathroom and made minor updates to their kitchen and guest bathroom along with giving them new millwork on their staircase.
Beginning in the kitchen, we updated the countertops from formica to granite and added a simple but beautiful backsplash. The under cabinet lighting makes the backsplash pop along with the granite tops. Although we rarely paint cabinets, it fit this job and we think the paint update works well in this kitchen. The small guest bathroom right off the kitchen received the same paint treatment on the vanity and large format tile made this small space feel more roomy. Up the new staircase you can see expertly installed wooden treads and handrail along with from balusters.
The master bathroom has a great walk in shower with a frameless glass surround and the herringbone floor tile in the shower contrast nicely with the plank style flooring of the bathroom. The pocket door to the walk in closet maximizes floor space in both the bathroom and closet while the new closet organizational system allows easy access to “his” and “her” clothes. A bench under the large master suite window provides awesome storage while allowing a place to sit and enjoy the views of the East Tennessee mountains.
